Pre-Order Chuck E. Cheese’s Party Games™ at Gamestop! DS / Wii

1. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins June 22, 2010 and runs nationwide with the “Golden Ticket” Scratcher cards inside specially marked packages of Chuck E. Cheese’s Party Games™ for the Nintendo DS™ and Nintendo Wii™ or via request of a free “Golden Ticket” Scratcher card through our email at ufopr@ufointeractivegames.com until no more tickets remain for distribution. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. There are two methods of entry: (1) purchase a copy of Chuck E. Cheese’s Party Games™ for the Nintendo DS™ or Nintendo Wii™ at participating stores and find the “Golden Ticket” Scratcher card inside the game box. Scratch the foiled area and see if the card is a winning piece. (2) email ufopr@ufointeractivegames.com and request that a “Golden Ticket” Scratcher card be sent to you with “Golden Ticket Sweepstakes Scratcher Card Request” in the subject line. No purchase is required to enter the Sweepstakes via email: those who enter by email will receive a randomly selected scratcher card via mail. 2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States who are (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void in states and/or jurisdictions where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees of UFO Interactive Games or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, salespersons, or any persons or entities directly associated with this promotion or members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, and accordingly none of these persons is eligible to win the prize from the “Golden Ticket” Scratcher.
3. Odds of Winning: There are 20,000 “Golden Ticket” Scratchers enclosed in marked packages of Chuck E. Cheese Party Games™ for the Nintendo DS™ and Nintendo Wii™. Of these, 20 are winning “Golden Ticket” scratchers. Odds of winning one of the prizes is 1/1000.
4. How to Win: Winners are chosen by random selection according to each “Golden Ticket”. Each “Golden Ticket” scratcher is either a winning “Golden Ticket” Scratcher or a losing “Golden Ticket” Scratcher by random selection. All “Golden Ticket” Scratcher Winners must call UFO Interactive Games at: (909) 718-0809 (standard phone charges apply) or email ufopr@ufointeractivegames.com to receive the Grand Prize. After receiving confirmation from UFO Interactive Games, the winner must mail in their winning “Golden Ticket” Scratcher card to: UFO Interactive Games, Attn: Golden Ticket Winner, 162 Atlantic Street #B, Pomona, CA 91768. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made. In the event of unavailability of any prize, UFO Interactive Games reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value. All winning tickets must be presented by December 31, 2011, or the prize will be forfeited.
5. Prizes: Winners will receive the following prize: A $50 gift card for use in any participating Chuck E. Cheese’s ® restaurant.
6. Retail Value of Prize: Fifty Dollars ($50).
7. General Conditions: UFO Interactive Games is not responsible for damaged or lost “Golden Ticket” Scratchers. Tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. All entries are subject to verification and are automatically void and will be rejected if irregular in any way. UFO Interactive Games reserves the right in its sole direction to disqualify an individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, and UFO Interactive Games reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event UFO Interactive Games is prevented from awarding any portion of the Prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within UFO Interactive Games’ control, then UFO Interactive Games shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before all tickets are distributed, UFO Interactive Games will still (if possible) give Prizes to those who have already received a winning ticket.
8. Additional Rules: This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Winners will be solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes. By accepting prizes, winners consent to use of their names, likenesses, photographs and voices for editorial, advertising, promotional and publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law.
9. Names of Winners: The names of the winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope postmarked by December 31, 2011 to: UFO Interactive Games, Attn: Golden Ticket Winners List, 162 Atlantic Street #B, Pomona, CA 91768.
10. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the sweepstakes, participants (1) assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Prizes, and (2) agree to release discharge and hold harmless UFO Interactive Games and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales employees, or any persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes from all claims or damages which may be sustained in connection with this sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, use, misuse or the possession of the Prize received.
